1. Overview

Health Journal is designed as a private, offline-first personal record keeping tool. It helps users record health-related notes, measurements, visits, medications, appointments, profiles, and emergency information.

2. Data stored by the app

The app may store information that you enter, including profile details, emergency contacts, measurements, medication details, appointment notes, visit notes, and related journal records. This data is stored on your device unless you choose to export, share, or back it up.

3. Data we collect

For the current offline-first preview release, Inspire Online does not operate a Health Journal account system and does not automatically collect your health journal records on our servers.

4. User-initiated sharing and backup

If you export a file, create a QR code, share a recovery key, download an APK, email support, or use a third-party storage location, your device or the third-party service may process that action. Only share files and QR codes with people or services you trust.

5. Emergency information

If you enable emergency/ICE sharing, selected fields may be visible without unlocking the vault. Only enable fields that you are comfortable making available for emergency use.

6. Children and dependants

The app can record details for self, child, and pet profiles. The person using the app is responsible for having the right to store and manage that information.

7. Security responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your device, password, recovery key, backup files, and exported QR codes secure. If you lose both your password and recovery key, your vault may not be recoverable.

8. Future services

Future versions may add paid plans, store distribution, cloud backup, or third-party services. If that happens, this policy will be updated before those features are used.

9. Contact

For privacy questions, contact Inspire Online through the contact details provided on the website or app listing.
